- Solides compétences en communication, influence et négociation, tant en interne qu’avec les clients et fournisseurs.
- Une autonomie complète sur vos mandats et une réelle reconnaissance de vos décisions.
- Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets techniques complexes (idéalement sur mesure / industriels).
- Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des projets : planification, conception, fabrication, installation et mise en service.
- Certification PMP ou équivalente (atout important).
- Passeport canadien et permis de conduire valides.
- Excellente maîtrise des processus de planification, budgétisation et gestion contractuelle.
- Un environnement stimulant où la rigueur technique et la créativité se rencontrent.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
- Diplôme en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Des projets sur mesure à haute valeur ajoutée, où votre expertise est réellement mise à contribution.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais indispensable (oral et écrit).
