We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Asphalt team at Tytherington. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient running of daily operations, working closely with the Site Manager and wider team.

  • Assist in profit estimations, stock returns, and breakdown analysis
  • Champion a safety-first culture across all Asphalt operations
  • Identify training needs and support staff development
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Promote Heidelberg Materials’ reputation for quality and reliability
  • Support site purchasing and cost-effective resource management
  • Deliver high-quality materials that meet customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely servicing
  • Uphold site standards and community relations
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork across the site
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory legislation and company SHE policies
  • Lead daily inspections and contractor safety checks
