Keep and maintain good quality and accurate records securely and in line with company procedures.
In conjunction with line manager prepare accurate pricing and rating of variations.
Ensure compliance with internal governance.
Be an integral part of the site team to understand more clearly ways to reduce and manage costs.
In conjunction with line manager prepare interim and final account agreement of subcontracts.
Assist line manager with accurate budget preparation.
Site measurement.
In conjunction with line manager prepare accurate and prudent cost/value analysis.
Preparation of interim and final account measurement.
Maintenance of cost information.
Perform commercial functions as directed by the Commercial Manager or MQS/ Senior QS/QS.
Assist the work winning team where necessary.
Assist with developing robust and consistent change control process to ensure that appropriate contract price adjustments are identified.
Preparation and agreement of any sundry accounts.
