- Monitor and review project data, preparing analytics tools to analyze solar project performance.
- Report irregularities and performance trends to commissioning and field staff.
- Establish new systems and processes, seeking improvements to analytics tools.
- Assist in coordinating and managing project design and procurement, including detailed meeting minutes and follow‑ups.
- Review RFP documentation, drawings, commissioning plans, and electrical studies for key design requirements.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders using PM4+ to send RFIs and submittals.
- Ensure project compliance and quality through site O&Ms and warranty tracking.
- Streamline processes by converting Excel inspection test plans into PM4+ ITP templates.
- Develop and maintain Power BI Synoptic design dashboards for projects.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong, customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders.

We are seeking a Solar Engineering Student for our Solar District, available for an 8‑16 month term beginning in May 2026. The role provides exposure to solar project design, commissioning, and performance analysis.
