Lead Utilities One managers for all technical and operational issues, to internal or external personnel or inquiries;
Manage and develop our construction vendor relationships & strategic partnerships;
Cultivate a working relationship with customers to identify and support project requirements and ensure efficient processes are in place;
Oversee construction field operations with supervision and oversight of in-house crews, subcontractors, and inspection activities;
Work with Utilities One bids and proposals team to lead the effort when responding to RFPs;
Develop/implement our end-to-end construction model to standardize our processes/systems and approach/tracking;
Work on improving our Construction Processes, Program Management, Operational Support Practices, and Financial Performance.
Identify additional subcontractors/resources to support various construction projects and oversee their quality and schedule;
Recruit, manage, and grow our OSP Construction team;

A valid, unrestricted driver's license;
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with internal departments, contractors, and external partners;
Ability to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.
Comprehensive understanding of network topologies, including switching, access, and transport layers;
Minimum 7–9 years of experience in telecommunications, including both inside and outside plant (ISP/OSP) operations, with in-depth knowledge of network design, construction, and installation practices;
Demonstrated expertise in project budget management, scheduling, and progress tracking;
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
Effectively and frequently communicate expectations to external vendors and internal team members;
Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in fiber and telecom infrastructure;
