Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience and communication strategies

Take responsibility for achieving city-level digital lead generation targets in line with the annual operating plan (AOP).

Maintain a clean, privacy-compliant tracking setup for accurate attribution and better signal quality.

Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Programmatic channels (DV360 or other DSPs).

Drive performance campaigns that align with brand goals, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone across platforms.

Continuously improve measurement accuracy across platforms to support business decisions.

Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.

oManaging and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), GA4, and GTM for robust tracking infrastructure.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and derive actionable insights.

Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.

Develop mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data across teams, ensuring a seamless feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Leverage A/B testing, CRO techniques, and advanced bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Mentor and guide team members to achieve peak performance.

Lead keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing page

Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking.

Continuously monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in performance marketing.

Drive funnel optimization from impressions to conversions, leveraging data-driven insights.

Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance across all channels.

Collaborate across teams (content, design, pre-sales, field sales) to optimize messaging, landing pages, and campaign outcomes.

Identify new digital marketing tools and technologies to stay ahead of trends.

Monitor competitor activity and keep an eye out for trends

Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals.

Plan and execute programmatic display and video campaigns, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and real-time performance analysis.
