Provide analysis to support timely and accurate solutions to line side issues.
Investigate product and process related issues and recommend changes based on observations and salary/wage interactions
Assist in investigations and corrective actions and leverage innovative ideas to best address long standing manufacturing issues.
Provide special engineering project support at the direction of the factory engineering team
Perform Audits or reviews, including inputting and maintaining information in factory databases and systems.
Participate in the implementation for the resulting aforementioned activities

Experience with software programming languages and /or ML familiarity
Strong communication skills with experience solving technical problems.
Familiarity with drawing and schematic interpretation, product models and /or geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Graduation date of December 2026 or later
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
SAP experience.
Demonstrable mechanical aptitude or familiarity and ability work within a manufacturing environment
Enrolled in an accredited engineering / data analytics / IT or business program having completed coursework covering engineering or science related topics
Ability to work 16-20 hours during the academic year and 30-40 hours during the summer semester
Project or work experience in a manufacturing or technical field
Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
Experience in one or more related engineering areas: electrical, software programming, troubleshooting, design, and manufacturing.
Familiarity with information gathering and analysis techniques
Knowledge and experience with agricultural equipment or other off highway machinery
