Transport Division Director (UK)

• Manage budget, resources and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinar teams and business development.
• Lead and motivate technical and management teams.
• Ensure that project are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standars.
• Identify new business opportunities in the transportation sector and define the vision and objetives of the division.
• Stakeholder and Client Relation: Maintain relationships with clients and international stakeholders.
• Control budgets and analyze project profitability.
• Oversee the design, planning and execution of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Define and execute the strategy of the Transport Division in the UK.

• 10+ years of Transport experience, including 7+ years as project manager and/or design lead/ business developer strategy lead.
• Experience in managing on-site teams, working in multicultural environments, and strong coordination, communication, an problem-solving skills will also be highly valued.
• Willingness to travel.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Track record in international projects (essential).
