  • Participate in process improvement workshops in order to drive efficiency and productivity improvements in the Capital Portfolio Delivery division.
  • Engage with various stakeholders within project control areas such as estimating, forecasting, cost, schedule, project change management, and reporting functions.
  • Assist the productivity team with keeping all of the documentation and process current in SharePoint.
  • Develop and maintain detailed guidelines, process charts and job aids for approved business processes.
  • Assist with reviewing technical engineering and related documentation/diagrams with ability to quickly generate project related summaries on work scope.
  • Project Estimating for Construction, Stations Services and Transmission Lines.
  • Coordinate, collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders within and external to Capital Portfolio Delivery to ensure mutual objectives are achieved.
  • Assist with data and analysis by accessing data from various systems to understand and validate productivity savings before it gets reported.
  • Project Controls including Scheduling, Cost and Risk Management.
  • Assist with supporting various productivity initiatives within the broader Capital Portfolio Delivery organization.
  • Assist in and/or facilitate in month-end manager meetings, including taking actions and screen-sharing presentations.
  • Prepare month end productivity reports for the business owners to review and work with them to identify next steps.

  • Good Academic Standing (A copy of your Official/Unofficial Transcript)
  • Requires strong data management, analysis and visualization skills and ability to work well with structured and unstructured data.
  • A copy of your most recent Transcript (Official/Unofficial)
  • Previous co-op experience in a relevant field and industry is considered an asset.
  • You have graduated with your bachelor's degree in 2024, 2025 or will graduate by May 2026
  • Portfolio Reporting and Analysis and Program Management.
  • Requires the ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams.
  • Requires the ability to learn new tools, systems and processes.
  • Requires the ability to work well under pressure and with tight timelines.
  • Valid, permanent driver's license (Ontario Class G)
  • Requires strong working knowledge of SAP (PS/IM), SharePoint, MS Office (Visio/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Power BI, Power Apps) and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Or, you are currently completing a master's degree in a related field, you are graduating by May 2026, and have a maximum of 1 year between completing your bachelor's degree and enrolling in your master's program.
  • Requires strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires experience in developing and implementing performance strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Requires knowledge of the transmission/distribution business and having a general understanding of the overall electricity transmission & distribution and capital work delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in programs such as Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Requires experience with working effectively in team settings.
  • Must meet New Grad Program Eligibility Requirements
  • Requires excellent business writing and verbal communication skills to effectively develop and present detailed analysis, reports, training, etc.
