Support the delivery of highways, traffic engineering and active travel schemes, from concept through to detailed design.
Participate in site visits to gather information and observe existing conditions.
Assist in the preparation of design drawings, plans, and supporting documents using CAD and design software.
Contribute to highways design, signage layouts, and streets design
Maintain project records and support general project administration.
Assist in preparing technical reports and presentation materials.
Help collect, analyse, and interpret traffic and transport data.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Three A-Levels (or equivalent such as BTEC Level 3 in Civil Engineering), including Maths and a physical science at grade C or above – required for Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship
You must have the right to work in the UK.
A creative, practical, and adaptable mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Awareness of transport, sustainability, or urban design issues.
Ability to work effectively in a team and show initiative when working independently
Aptitude for software-based engineering and drawing, e.g., AutoCAD or 3D modelling tools.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
