Provides consulting engineering services specializing in structural, MEP, and civil engineering.
Represent DeSimone at conferences, events, and professional forums.
Coordinate with architects, clients, and municipal agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
Lead and oversee structural design and analysis using ETABS, SAP, RAM, and related tools.
As an Associate at DeSimone Consulting Engineering, you’ll bridge the gap between technical excellence and business leadership. This role combines hands-on structural design with project management and client engagement, preparing you to become a future Principal and recognized expert in the field.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers and project teams.
Support business development through client relationships, proposals, and industry networking.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred.
BS or MS in Structural/Civil Engineering
Proficiency in ETABS, SAP, and RAM with strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
10-15 years of experience in structural design and project management for building structures.
For this particular position, we expect to hire near the middle of the range. This position is classified as salaried, exempt. The hiring salary range for this role is anticipated to be $155,000-$180,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
