Ensure laboratory calibrations are complete and accurate
Train junior technicians in test methods and our quality management system
Collaborating with clients to ensure high-quality project outcomes
Allocate tasks to technicians
Conducting geotechnical laboratory tests on soil, rock, aggregate, and concrete samples
Sign off testing and reports as KTP
Performing all work in accordance with our IANZ accreditation and project management system

Physically capable to handle and test samples up to 25 kg

Great problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Ideally you willhave a degree or diploma in Geography, Geology, Earth Sciences, Physical Science, or similar.
Excellent digital and data skills.
A full, clean NZ driver's licence
Safety conscious
Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
Experience as a IANZ KTP
Ability to manage project objectives
Able towork autonomously with minimal supervision and collaborate with team members
Ability to motivate with enthusiasm and empathy, bringing positive energy, uplifting others, and inspiring the team to work together toward shared goals.
