- Reviews project risk registers, project action item lists, condition reports, and other sources of information to identify continuous improvement efforts
- Responsible for leading multi-discipline continuous improvement efforts and leveraging opportunities to resolve gaps and process problems that lead to declining performance or a significant impact on business/customer needs
- Prepares continuous improvement reports to summarize results and to identify recommended improvement actions
- Recommends and drafts revisions/amendments to corporate and/or GBU-level continuous improvement programs/plans
- Facilitates and leads cross functional teams participating in continuous improvement efforts; including management, multi-level, and multi-functional teams; both related to continuous improvement and compliance issues.
- Monitors the implementation of continuous improvement actions to ensure the effectiveness of implementation
- Analyzes and recommends solutions to mitigate performance risk
- Prepares continuous improvement reports to summarize results and to identify recommended improvement actions and facilitates report-out of results and recommendations
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of variable factors
- Identifies, develops, and brings forward continuous improvement tools and techniques that result in improved delivery of services, the identification and resolution of business gaps, declining performance, and other significant impacts on business performance
