  • Collect data for benchmarking and preparation of committee presentation materials.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors/auditors.
  • Calculate and coordinate payouts of all variable compensation plans and maintain detailed records for audit readiness.
  • Contribute to documenting processes and improving team workflows, no direct reports.
  • Administer equity programs (e.g., RSUs, PSUs, stock options, ESPP, VCP) and oversee tracking of variable pay programs.
  • Support Legal and Finance teams with Section 16 filings, insider trading windows, and SEC reporting tasks.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding award mechanics, vesting schedules, and tax implications.
  • Act as liaison between the Compensation and Accounting teams to ensure accurate variable and equity program accounting.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend workflow enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide data support during audits and month/quarter-end close processes.
  • Draft and update participant-facing materials and resources in alignment with company policies.
  • Assist in audit preparation and support quarterly and year-end financial reporting needs.
  • Responds quickly and accurately to information requests, communicating clearly and confidently.
  • Provide input on equity platform configurations and participate in vendor evaluations as needed.
  • Assist with tracking equity utilization, award pacing, and employee participation trends
  • Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day equity and variable compensation related operations and inquiries. This includes the administration of all aspects of these programs.
  • Maintain precise records within equity administration systems, ensuring HR, Payroll, and Finance systems reflect accurate and timely award data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and SEC regulations.
  • Help deliver clear, concise communications and employee education sessions in collaboration with Total Rewards.
  • Maintain strict accuracy and data integrity across equity and variable compensation programs.
  • Help ensure SOX documentation is up to date and audit support is timely and accurate.
  • Support Compensation team by preparing data and models for variable pay and equity analytics
  • Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally lift or carry items such as laptops, files, or small packages (typically under 20 lbs.)

  • Familiarity with S. federal and state tax regulations related to equity compensation (e.g., ISO, NSO, RSU, ESPP).
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.

  • CEP certification (Certified Equity Professional) is preferred but not required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to perform detailed data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Experience supporting SEC reporting (e.g., Forms 3, 4, 5), SOX compliance, and financial audits.
  • Vision: Close visual acuity required for reading screens, documents, and spreadsheets
  • Excels with large datasets, accuracy, and process integrity.
  • Consistently meets/exceeds established deadlines.
  • Hearing/Speaking: Regular communication via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings
