  • Audit & Compliance Support: Coordinate with global SAP and basis teams to provide necessary support and documentation to auditors, ensuring all project implementations align with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure project alignment with business goals and successful adoption of new technologies.
  • IT Vendor Management: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor contracts with IT vendors to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and effective service delivery.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a track record of implementing AI-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile Scrum framework.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Location: Gurgaon, India. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day of work from home (WFH). Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Demonstrated expertise with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Zoho.
