Senior HR Manager (Real Estate Developer) - Dubai based - Full 360 HR experience / Performance Management (Sales) - 35-45,000 AED per month

Description

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, skill gaps, and development opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting dashboards, and automation across HR workflows.
• Support creation of learning and development (L&D) programs based on performance data.
• Map, document, and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop competency frameworks and career progression pathways.
• Lead annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on performance best practices and employee relations matters.
• Train managers and employees on performance tools, feedback techniques, and goal alignment.
• Ensure HR processes align with employment regulations and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades, testing, and training.
• Manage implementation, configuration, and optimization of HRIS/HR tech platforms (e.g., performance systems, talent management tools).
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management framework (OKRs, KPIs, goal-setting, competency frameworks, appraisal cycles).
• Partner with leaders to build performance improvement plans (PIPs) and succession planning pathways.
