Account Coordinator

Description

• Continually update training of RFMS system, product knowledge and design trends.
• Take ownership and quickly respond to customer complaints and concerns.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding established team sales and profit goals.
• Ensure companies sales, purchasing processes and procedures are followed, and suggests proactive improvements when applicable.
• Precisely and efficiently manage one’s time and meeting commitments.
• Maintain strong relationships with all coworkers, with a specific focus in the areas of Purchasing and Production/Installation.
• Learning all responsibilities for bidding and estimate creation for existing and new business opportunities.
• Learn and maintain a solid understanding and proficiency of the RFMS system, with a focus on: BidPro, MeasurePro and SchedulePro.
• Responsible for timely processing of job folders in accordance to company policy.
• Assist Account Manager with organizing and developing teams daily and weekly schedule as needed.
• Responds quickly to customer complaints and concerns.
• Establish and preserve effective external relationships with clients and prospects in Purchasing, Production, Builder Sales Agents and Customer Service areas.
• Responsible for bid assembly, with a focus on accuracy and completeness prior to review and finalization by Business Line Manager· Follows a consistent process for assembly of bids and estimates and eventual job
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and business associates.
