Respond to internal data requests from Commercial, Infrastructure, Utilities, Leasing, and Master Planning teams.
Support and the team in the production, updating and maintenance of drawings using AutoCAD software.
Prepare and update AutoCAD / Civil 3D drawings for master plans, DMP layouts, plot subdivisions, roads, and infrastructure corridors.
Coordinate with GIS team to ensure CAD–GIS data consistency and timely updates.
Provide AutoCAD drawings to the potential investors to enable them to establish their technical designs.
Support plot allocation team in identifying suitable plot as per land use zoning.
Develop a database from relevant drawings, files, and reports to aid as guides in drawing development.
Coordinate to update GIS Plans accordingly.
Obtain necessary inputs on the design and drawings required.
Update the document controller of any drawing submission or revisions. to ensure easy retrieval and timely update
Support plot allocation, plot registration changes, and access, road, and utility configuration layouts.
Manage CAD data, drawing registers, revision control, and approved data records.
Review architectural inputs for internal GFA calculations and circulation layouts to verify alignment with UPC and ITC planning requirements prior to submission.
Perform planning and infrastructure clash checks between plots, roads, utilities, and circulation layouts.
Update the CAD files frequently and issue the latest revision drawings
Assist in eNOC submissions by preparing drawings, overlays, revisions, and responses as required.
Review master planning and DMP submissions prepared by consultants to verify compliance with approved master plans, planning guidelines, and authority standards.
Utilize knowledge of engineering practices to produce sound technical drawings.
Maintain and update as-built CAD drawings for roads, utilities (wet & dry), infrastructure networks, and KLP units.
Custodian of AD Ports Group Land Assets.
Drafting technical plans/drawings based on sketches provided by Urban Planning Team such as Master Planning drawings, Urban Design drawings, subdivision Plans, Utilities and Infrastructure drawings.

Experience in similar industry and in the region is preferred
Working knowledge of Development Master Plans (DMP) and master planning review processes.
Basic architectural knowledge to review GFA calculations, circulation layouts, and planning compliance.
Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage technical data accurately.
Proven experience in roads and utilities planning (wet & dry utilities).
Experience in reviewing consultant planning and infrastructure submissions.
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Minimum 5 years related experience
Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience in marine, port, or waterfront infrastructure and master planning projects is a strong advantage, particularly for international and industrial developments.
