Ensure that project schedule, milestone dates, and closeout checklist are prepared and maintained during the project lifecycle
Establish and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients, construction joint-venture partners, financing partners, key specialist subcontractors, as well as other stakeholders, such as design teams, suppliers, and user groups
Oversee the subcontracting process, which includes facilitating initial scope review meetings, finalizing agreed processes, developing subcontract scopes of work, and managing the subcontract distribution and final execution process
Approve and communicate the performance standards and metrics by which the team will be measured against
