The manager maintains accurate project documentation, aligns production schedules and shipping logistics across Vantage business units, and oversees receiving, invoicing, and cost reconciliation with Finance. They track milestones, identify risks early, and take corrective action to meet delivery commitments while reporting performance metrics to leadership.
As the primary customer contact, the Regional Project Manager handles inquiries, quote requests, order status updates, part identification, and warranty or billing issues, providing timely and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. They manage order tracking, resolve delivery or quality problems, and build lasting relationships through consistent follow‑up.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and possess 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the elevator industry or related fields such as manufacturing or construction. Required skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced organization, and effective verbal, written, and visual communication.

Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 plus performance incentives, and includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability insurance, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, commuter benefits, and other employee programs.
