Control labor costs while achieving production targets.
Maintain consistent daily production output and ensure production efficiency.
Work overtime as needed to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Facilitate and support employee team operations to ensure collaboration and teamwork.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.
Maintain positive employee relations through effective coaching and consistent application of company policies.
