Present, promote and sell the Tricel portfolio of products and services to maximise opportunities for sales growth.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Other general duties will include answering inbound phone calls and carry out any other duties reasonably requested by any members of the Management team
Make outbound calls to existing & potential clients to introduce our services.
Stay Updated on Industry trends, Market conditions. Product Knowledge and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Responsible for raising Tricel profile within the specified area to ensure Tricel is the customer first choice.
Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions our CRM system.
Follow up prospects and schedule appointments for external sales team.
Follow up on customer enquires / quotations via telephone and email diarising further action ensuring the sales operating system is followed.
Engage in meaningful conversation to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
