What you would be doing

You will take on the responsibility for managing the customer relationships at an operational and management level to drive business development opportunities and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel
  • Management of the existing customer relationship and maximising the customer experience
  • Coach and mentor service teams nationally to deliver a tailored customer experience to the key account.
  • Ensure compliance with required procedures and behaviours
  • Act as the interface between our key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the resolution of any customer issues
  • Understand and manage both comprehensive and non-comprehensive service contracts to achieve portfolio growth, set targets and expand the account

Experience in the lift industry as a Key Account Manager or a similar industry, such as HVAC, Fire, Security, Plumbing or similar, will be highly regarded.

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Queensland Service Sales team based at Eagle Farm. The role will be reporting directly to the Service Operations Manager for Queensland and will be managing the key relationship with our Brisbane Airport service account.

  • A degree in a relevant technical or business-related discipline will be highly valued
  • The successful candidate will be solution-focused with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating operational and sales requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous operational, business development / key accounts sales and contract management experience, preferably in a service-related industry
