Monitor daily and weekly progress of earthworks activities against project schedules.

Identify and report risks, delays, or deviations from project specifications to ensure timely corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and quality benchmarks for all earthworks.
Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
Guide and support Earthwork Site Engineers in executing daily activities to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
Recommend resource adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and meet project timelines.
Develop work programs and schedules in alignment with the Construction Manager – Earthworks.
Coordinate closely with engineers, surveyors, contractors, and site staff to maintain effective communication and operational flow.
Track equipment utilization, productivity, and downtime, and report issues to the Construction Manager.
Prepare progress reports, work logs, and resource utilization summaries for submission to the Construction Manager – Earthworks.
Oversee field testing (e.g., compaction, soil suitability, moisture content) and address any deficiencies promptly to uphold quality and safety standards.
Manage deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials for assigned works.
