- Expérience en négociation collective et en gestion de conflits (atout);
- Interpréter et expliquer les lois, règlements, conventions collectives applicables, et assurer le respect de celles-ci;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
- Maintenir une jurisprudence à jour et une connaissance approfondie des textes législatifs;
- Former les gestionnaires et les employés sur les meilleures pratiques en relations du travail;
- Gérer les conflits de travail, les griefs et les plaintes en proposant des solutions justes et équitables;
- Fournir des conseils et du soutien aux gestionnaires et aux équipes opérationnelles sur les questions de relations du travail;
- Baccalauréat en relations industrielles, droit du travail, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe;
- Connaissance approfondie du cadre légal et réglementaire de l’industrie de la construction au Québec (atout);
- Excellentes habiletés en communication, diplomatie et résolution de problèmes;
