The Data Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing component part inventories, conducting cycle counts, investigating scrap and outages, and ensuring accurate inventory records through root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Plan, schedule, and conduct component part cycle counts, tracking progress toward the annual plan.
- Perform scrap, purge, and outage investigations with associated corrective actions.
- Monitor monthly gap charts, develop action items, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory processes.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Analyze BOM transactions, historical data, and inventory reports to improve accuracy.
- Apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing principles.
- Provide top‑tier medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience, including proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills, as well as strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.
- Use ERP systems to manage component, assembly, and finished‑good inventories; proficient in MS Excel.
- Demonstrate superior organizational detail, strong written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
- Meet background check and negative drug‑test requirements.
- Preferred: two years as an SEL Inventory Clerk with intermediate knowledge of SEL manufacturing processes and component inventory.
- Preferred: experience with Dataflo MRP or Microsoft AX ERP software.
