Ensure coordination with Architecture, MEP, and BIM teams to achieve fully integrated and clash-free designs.
Participate in technical coordination meetings with global design teams and clients.
Support digital design delivery, adhering to UK/Nordic project standards and QA procedures.
Prepare and review design deliverables such as GA drawings, design reports, specifications, and design schedules.
Develop and review structural models (BIM and FEM Analysis), calculations, and drawings for concrete, steel, and composite structures.
Maintain awareness of local and international sustainability standards (BREEAM, LEED, etc.).
Support other engineers and drafters, ensuring adherence to project workflows and quality expectations.
Assist in value engineering and ensure designs are practical, buildable, and sustainable.
Perform structural analysis and design for complex building and Industrial projects in compliance with Eurocodes (EN standards) and BS.

Ability to work in a global, multidisciplinary environment with remote coordination.
Working knowledge of Revit Structure, BIM workflows, and collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM360 / ACC).
Experience in Nordic/UK healthcare projects or public infrastructure developments.
Understanding of sustainability and low-carbon structural design approaches.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and report writing skills in English.
Strong technical knowledge and working experience with and Eurocodes (EN 1990–1999) British Standards (BS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Progressing toward Chartered Engineer (CEng / MICE / MIStructE) status or equivalent
Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis software such as ETABS, Stadd Pro, SAFE, and Robot.
4–6 years of relevant experience in building structures, preferably in industries and commercial.
