In this senior, strategic position, you will oversee the organisation’s CRM platforms (currently Salesforce and HubSpot), ensuring they are secure, scalable, and delivering maximum value across the business.

You’ll act as the lead authority on CRM usage, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, data, and technology teams to streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and create seamless customer journeys.

Head of CRM Platforms

  • Drive CRM adoption through training, support, and best-practice guidance.
  • Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Lead the end-to-end CRM strategy, ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability.
  • Oversee integration, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems.
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to enable effective targeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external CRM specialists.
  • Continuously evolve CRM capabilities based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate, timely data flow into reporting tools and customer platforms.
  • Manage budgets and vendor contracts in line with strategic technology goals.

  • Track record of delivering cross-functional CRM initiatives—experience in events, media, or multi-site businesses advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading CRM strategy and implementation within a large, customer-driven organisation.
  • Understanding of finance systems and the order-to-cash process.
