Responsible for reporting Compliance, Quality and other business metric status to the client during review meetings. Appropriately call out and notify CBRE and client management of quality or compliance issues.
Maintain assignment of client engineering standards to CBRE personnel and assure periodic review of practices to assure compliance to standard.
Provide solutions to improve the productivity, efficiency, and execution of the Facilities Management business.
Work with managers and impacted partners to mitigate any risks, identify change barriers, and devise strategies to overcome the barriers to improvement implementation.
Monitor critical Key Performance Indicators related to quality of delivery and service, and work with Operations to perform root cause analysis, develop and implement solutions to improve performance.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Interface, partner, and interact with both internal CBRE and external client’s functional areas and leadership teams.
