Assist in responding to internal data and document requests from finance, tax, compliance, and asset management teams.
Support the Associate Senior Counsel and wider legal team in managing external counsel engagement and billing.
Maintain the contract database and tracking system to monitor key deadlines, renewals, and obligations.
Provide administrative and coordination support for cross-functional legal initiatives and special projects.
Manage the contract approval process, coordination with operators with respect to external document approval processes, ensuring adherence to internal review and signature protocols.
Help develop and maintain internal legal policies, templates, and training materials.
Help maintain and update the group’s corporate entity database, ensuring compliance with Companies House and statutory requirements.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and maintaining corporate record archives.
Organise, catalogue, and maintain legal files and document repositories (including use of legal technology platforms).
Support the legal team in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Liaise with external corporate service providers and registrars on UK and overseas entity management.
Support the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and related governance documentation.
Ensure confidentiality, consistency, and integrity of all legal data and records.
Review and prepare first-draft templates of routine agreements (NDAs, engagement letters, simple service agreements, etc.).
Support due diligence and document collection for financing, acquisition, and divestment transactions.
