  • Provide accurate quotes and spec packets to support client needs.
  • Support showroom events and client visits as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Waterworks’ product lines, finishes, and design applications.
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively participate in training and mentorship opportunities.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are current and well-presented.
  • Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries.
  • Learn internal systems and tools used for quoting, ordering, and client management.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Learn and apply Waterworks’ sales process and client engagement strategies.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product recommendations.
  • Begin building and managing a personal client list.

  • Prior experience (0-2 years) in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
