  • Oversee contractor coordination and vendor support for construction and installation projects.
  • Create and review technical drawings, facility layouts, and equipment placements using AutoCAD.
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Ensure all facility operations align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across facility operations and documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to support facility improvements and optimize layouts.

  • 5 or more years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or turbine component manufacturing environment. Candidates with more experience may be considered at a higher level, while those with less experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of blade and vane manufacturing processes, including casting, coating, drilling, and refurbishment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3 or more years of experience, or 10 years of equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
