EHS Manager - Data Centres (Norway - on site)

Description

• Direct and support implementation of the EHS & Security Plan.
• Verify site‑specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the public.
• Hold line management accountable for EHS system implementation and performance.
• Encourage proactive involvement of all personnel in the EHS program.
• Oversee overall EHS performance on the project/site.
• Review incident records and ensure timely completion of follow‑up actions.
• Investigate personal injury incidents thoroughly and close related actions.
• Participate in audits and weekly site inspections, ensuring corrective actions are addressed.
• Continuously monitor Arcadis and contractor EHS performance indicators and inspection reports.
• Conduct performance evaluations that include personal EHS involvement.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our rapidly growing team and play a key role in one of our largest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate may be based fully in‑country or travel extensively to Norway on a 11/3 rotation schedule.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience as an EHS Manager on major construction projects, preferably with data centre or technology projects, and has worked in consultancy, general contractor, or client‑side environments. A passion for improving quality of life and strong teamwork skills are essential.
