Senior Water Wastewater Project Manager

Description

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close‑out).
• Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium‑sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle and ensure on‑schedule completion of deliverables.
• Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule parameters.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.

Requirements

• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree.
• Preferred qualifications: PMP certification.
• Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Required qualifications: 10 years related experience.
• Required qualifications: Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Required qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Required qualifications: MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience a plus).
• Required qualifications: Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
