Depot Manager

• Lead, develop, and support depot staff, handling recruitment, training, and HR issues
• Act as the senior point of contact for operational and customer requirements
• Oversee depot operations, ensuring efficiency across logistics and customer service

A leading name in the specialist plant hire sector is seeking an experienced General Manager / Depot Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Leeds operation.

This is a key leadership role, requiring someone who can balance operational control, safety and compliance, people management, and commercial performance.

• Proven HR and team management experience
• Strong background in depot, plant hire, or logistics management
• Competence in tachograph management and transport legislation
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, and manual handling regulations
• Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver results and growth

Salary: Circa £50,000 + Company Pick-Up
