Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the customer base and foster relationships.
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in various sectors to promote HVAC equipment and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
Assist the team with client requirements and propose suitable HVAC equipment/solutions aligned with their needs.
Assist the team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
Visit construction sites to evaluate product applications and deal with site issues.
Working as part of the applied sales team to assist Consulting Engineers and contractors in developing their HVAC system design.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a
Proactively deal with contractual and technical issues related to the customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
Attend regular product training sessions.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Required to travel to meet clients and attend events.
An understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their applications would be an asset.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work as part of a team as well independently.
Previous experience in the HVAC industry or a similar technical sales role would be an asset
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
Relevant University and/or College education ( Mechanical Engineering , HVAC/Instrumentations and Controls / Energy Systems Technologists)
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
