Description

The technician will perform a variety of installation, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure fire protection systems operate safely and comply with regulations. They will work closely with customers and team members to meet project timelines and respond to emergencies as needed.

• Install, service, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and necessary repairs.
• Complete detailed inspection and service reports using inspection software.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and team members to meet project timelines.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise and relevant certifications in fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, or both, and will work on residential, commercial, and industrial properties. A strong understanding of NFPA codes, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential for success.

• Experience with fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, or both.
• NICET Level 2 certification (required).
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and fire protection standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dual fire alarm and sprinkler certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with inspection software (asset).
