Clean and maintain the filter housing and equipment during filter replacement
Perform general maintenance on hood ventilators and company equipment
Inspect ventilation components for damage, unusual wear, or airflow issues
Maintain records, service reports, and other job-related paperwork

Ability to work a variety of shifts - evenings and nights
Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service jobs
Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places - you will regularly be on rooftops
Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance principles
Valid driver’s license – company truck provided
Knowledge or previous work experience in changing filters and inspections of control systems of air quality ventilation systems
