The OSP Planning Assistant will plan, execute, and oversee multiple telecommunications projects, with a focus on Fiber‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) deployments. The role blends strong project management with analytical expertise, using spreadsheets to organize and analyze raw engineering and usage data, set project priorities, allocate resources, and measure performance. Successful candidates will combine a solid understanding of telecommunications and engineering concepts with data‑driven decision‑making.
This position is remote, requiring work during Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours. The engineer must communicate complex technical information clearly, solve problems analytically, and continuously seek process improvements while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Compensation includes a base pay range of $30‑$33 USD, with potential performance and referral bonuses, stipends, and a company vehicle as needed. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that features medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development opportunities. Pearce is committed to pay equity and transparent compensation practices.
