- Oversee the processing and completion of encroachment inquiries assigned to the team.
- Manage a minimum of two encroachment projects annually, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead special initiatives aimed at streamlining and improving company processes and procedures.
- Enhance team capabilities by improving processes, standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to support business objectives and maintain alignment.
- Promote open, continuous communication between external encroachment entities and the Kinder Morgan Encroachment team.
- Hold team members accountable for performance and project delivery.
- Lead permitting and right-of-way (ROW) activities for assigned encroachment projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professional and administrative personnel.
- Review and approve all project estimates generated by the team.
- Participate in the annual Natural Gas budgeting process.
- Provide training and oversight to ensure consistent application of Project Management methodologies.

- Experience in pipeline-related Project Management.
- Experience with Microsoft or equivalent scheduling software.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple professional and administrative personnel.
- Ability to develop, review, and evaluate project plans and cost estimates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
