The Project Executive for Integrated Solutions – Delivery leads contract execution, client satisfaction, business development, vendor negotiations, employee development, and the financial performance of large or multiple projects while promoting company culture.
- Manage all project team members across multiple projects and locations.
- Champion safety and risk management on projects.
- Mentor and train Project Managers and Superintendents for career growth.
- Oversee project financials and report to leadership.
- Inform VP of employee development and performance issues.
- Interpret contract terms to resolve risks and business issues.
- Develop subcontract and purchase order exhibits for accurate scope buyout.
- Coordinate schedule development to meet energy savings goals.
- Monitor and resolve change management issues promptly.
- Manage issuance, negotiation, and collection of progress billings.
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting and lead project meetings.
- Verify financial forecasting with Project Managers.
- Resolve open risk issues on projects.
- Serve as primary client contact and ensure project completion meets energy and financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and owners.
- Enforce company policies and procedures on projects.
- Foster vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.

- 8‑10 years experience in large ($20M+) commercial construction.
- Design‑build experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and motivation skills.
- Ability to manage complex, ambiguous situations.
- Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore (or similar), Primavera (or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple fast‑paced projects.
- Knowledge of industry and company competitors.
- Ability to multitask and take on duties beyond scope.
- Willingness to travel 5–10% of time.
