- Ensure all Health & Safety and compliance documentation is maintained accurately
- Implement and maintain IT systems and digital records for effective depot management
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Oversee all administrative tasks within the depot to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain staff records, including training, certifications, and scheduling
- Manage vehicle allocations, servicing schedules, and hire contracts
- Support the Depot Manager in financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting
- Assist with contract management, ensuring all agreements are up to date and compliant
- Support stock control, procurement, and general office organisation
