- Deliver Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to ensure compliance, track training, and provide business leaders with actionable data.

- Partner & Collaborate: Act as a liaison with Caterpillar’s Global Dealer Learning, OpenSesame, and other learning partners to expand Mustang’s learning ecosystem.
- Own the Mustang Learning Center (MLC): Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our LMS to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user-friendly experiences.
- Support Our People: Provide first-line support for employees and managers using the MLC, improving communication, navigation, and engagement.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Saba Cloud, Docebo, or WalkMe.
- Previous experience in HR, training, or customer service.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience administering an LMS or performance management system.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and database management.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, L&D, or related field.
