You will be responsible for undertaking professional and project work for a combination of landlords, occupiers, private investment companies, institutions, corporate clients and government agencies. You will partner with a diverse set of clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional value, acting as a trusted advisor and helping to ensure successful project outcomes.

Provide concise and clear written communication.
Organise and prioritise tasks so that they are completed within an agreed time frame.
Developing your communication skills within both internal and external company settings
Running projects and liaising with the client, managing the day-to-day aspects of the job, with some input from an Associate or Associate Director
Build, develop and maintain existing business and client relationships.

Accurate and excellent attention to detail.
Expected to show greater initiative and proactive approach to your project works, as well as looking to develop problem solving skills through greater knowledge and understanding.
Able to delegate whilst maintaining accountability and ensuring delivery.
RICS qualified preferably with 3 years’ relevant post qualification commercial surveying experience, but a suitable candidate will be considered.
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion.
Beginning to build relationships with consultants and clients and thinking more about the professional environment you work within.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good appreciation of professional and project-based building surveying matters.
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a project.
Clean driving license.
