Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, construction sequencing, and key deliverables.
Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Ensure all planning activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and project requirements.
Support the project team in decision-making by providing accurate scheduling data and analysis.
Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment of project timelines with objectives.
Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Monitor subcontractors’ planning and progress to align with overall project schedules.
Participate in project planning meetings and support tender planning submissions when required.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer in the UAE construction industry, preferably in interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in UAE construction projects is highly desirable.
