The Role

Overview

Direct and oversee multi‑disciplinary water/wastewater projects from design to completion.

Tasks

-Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater/Water Resources or other water related projects -Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings -Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule -Implement QA/QC procedures -Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans -Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines -Supervise project staff and act as mentor for lessexperienced Project Managers -Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews -Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently

What You Bring

-A minimum of 15 years water/wastewater project engineering which must include a minimum of 5 years experience in project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects. -Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred. -PE in New York or New Jersey
