Project Manager – Perth CBD / South Metro Depot – 6 Month Contract. The role will be responsible for the delivery of high quality end‑to‑end project management services for a complex portfolio of concurrent works projects for both internal and external customers. Accountable for successful project delivery from initiation through to closing, meeting safety, cost, timeliness, quality, scope and customer‑satisfaction criteria.
The role involves analysing, planning, implementing and managing contracts for various project components, reviewing proposals to determine timeframes, resources, funding and operating procedures, and accurately identifying stakeholder needs with empathy. It also includes budgeting, estimation, scoping, resourcing, developing project programmes, commercial management of multiple contractors, coordinating a small project team and maintaining relationships with contributors.
Candidates should hold an industry accreditation such as PMBOK®, Prince2™ or MSP™ and have significant experience managing high‑value, complex projects. Knowledge of project‑management theory, electrical engineering (HV/LV construction, maintenance and commissioning), strong negotiation and stakeholder‑relation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and EPWM are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
