To manage and support the delivery of service contracts primarily with NHS and Private healthcare sector customers by creating quotations, handling contract renewals, uplifts and retention's, processing orders, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate Salesforce CRM records, while providing a high level of customer service and responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Liaise with internal teams to support the smooth delivery of service activities and contract requirements
- Compile reports to support internal teams, customer communication and contract performance tracking
- Prepare and issue quotations for service contracts, renewals, uplifts and retentions
- Assist with the preparation of customer documentation, proposals and follow up actions
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service
- Promote a one team approach and contribute to cross functional collaboration across Bender UK
- Manage the full contract renewal cycle, ensuring timely follow up and accurate documentation
- Support contract retention by maintaining regular customer communication and identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up to date records within Salesforce, ensuring data quality and effective contract management
- Process customer orders and ensure all required information is correctly recorded

- Chartered sales status (ISP etc.) is advantageous.
- Prioritisation and work well with internal teams
- Sales and commercial experience is preferable.
- Ability to learn Bender UK engineering terminology.
- Confident with CRM systems and MS Office
