You will choose four rotational assignments, each lasting six months, from areas such as Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions.
After the initial training, participants gain practical experience through real‑position rotational assignments that require fast learning and rapid ramp‑up. These assignments help hone communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, as well as leadership development through real‑world application and networking.
Our Supply Chain Development Program is a two‑year development program that offers four six‑month rotations in key supply‑chain groups of your choice. Participants accelerate their careers with on‑the‑job training and industry exposure, and they have the ability to strategically execute new initiatives throughout our integrated supply‑chain organization.
At the start of the program, participants complete a 14‑week operations‑management training alongside other early‑career professionals, working in various areas of the enterprise to gain insight into numerous systems and processes while engaging with management and personnel.
