Preparing, submitting, and agreeing interim valuations, final accounts, variations, and contractual notices.
Confirm payment certificates have been issued.
Reviewing and communicating contract terms and conditions to operational teams.
Quote prices from standard company schedules.
Set targets and responsibilities for supervisory staff.
Prepare and settle final accounts within two months of project completion.
Reviewing and approving sub-contractor applications and final accounts.
Accept written client instructions and raise IOF2s.
Supporting the settlement of commercial disputes and extension-of-time submissions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standard contracts and Building Regulations.
Ensure monthly valuations are checked and submitted on time.
Checking contract programmes for accuracy and feasibility.
Monitor overspends within delegated authority.
Ensure construction work complies with current legislation and company quality procedures.
Make commercial decisions as needed to support project and business objectives.
Recover retention and assist in resolving commercial disputes.
Monitoring overspend forms and site spend schedules.
Providing commercial support to divisional and contracts managers.
Attending internal and external meetings to support project delivery.
Reconciling site spend with internal cost reports and accounts data.
Evaluating and improving the approved sub-contractor supply chain.
Staying updated with project progress and supporting contract staff where needed.
Request prices from sub-contractors and suppliers.
Complete tender documentation and place orders with sub-contractors.
